This policy explains what information OpexStream collects when you use this website (opexstream.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. Work we carry out for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this policy.
Who we are
OpexStream ("we", "us") provides cloud and SaaS cost-optimization services. This site is operated by Fracturelabs OU. You can reach us through our contact form.
Information we collect
- Enquiries. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and message. This is sent to our support system to create a ticket and respond to you.
- Technical data. Our hosting and network providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) to operate the site securely and reliably.
- Referrals. If you submit a referral through our referral program, we collect your details as the referrer and the information you provide about the company you are referring, including a business contact's name and role. We use this to assess and follow up on the introduction and to administer any referral reward.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal data. If we add privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics in future, it will not identify you personally and we will update this policy.
How we use your information

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business, the performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations, as appropriate.
Referral program
Our referral program lets people introduce companies that may benefit from cost optimization. If you submit a referral, you confirm that you have a genuine relationship with the company and are permitted to share the contact details you provide. Where we hold information about a referred contact, that person can ask us to access or delete it through our contact form. Referral submissions are recorded in a spreadsheet we control (hosted by Google) so we can manage the introduction and any reward. Full program rules are on our referral terms page.
Service providers
We share information with a small number of trusted providers who process it on our behalf: our support/ticketing system (Zendesk), our website hosting (Vercel), our DNS, CDN, and security provider (Cloudflare), and, for referral submissions, our spreadsheet and email provider (Google). These providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Data retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner (see your rights below).
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact form. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
